Pros

Friendly, team oriented culture - you feel as though you are part of a big family. Many long-time employees. High quality products and services and best reference customers in the business. Excellent reference on your resume.

Cons

Sales roles: consider carefully the industry you have as your territory. Not all vertical markets have the same propensity to buy Teradata products and services, so you won't make as much money and realize annual merit increases consistently as those with accounts that are data rich and data driven.
