Most of people I worked with are very good at what they do
Cons
There is no career growth plan for their employee. Performance and regularization review are highly dependent on what the TL says, no matrices, which makes the review not credible. They hire technically skilled people and yet they give them work less technical work which depreciates their technical skills.
