Pros

1. work life balance . .

Cons

1. Technically weak senior people. I don't know what they are doing here. No one can fire them because they know that no one will join Teradata on such a less pay. 2. Some people's only qualification to be in Teradata is that their spouses are in Teradata 3. It becomes very frustrating when you see that a person working since 5-6 years does not know basic concepts such as hashamp. If you don't know these simple concepts, how are you supposed to code in multithreaded environment?? 4. People are good at heart, but when it comes to work, I think good at technical skills matter more. 5. Again, less pay. 6. They don't know whom to fire and whom to keep at the time of layoffs. 7. In short, people are lazy, that brings lack of enthusiasm to the company.
