      Pros

      Work culture is awesome for people who are not interested to work and have great friendship with management,talent is not a requirment.Salary is good enough for both working and non-working people.

      Cons

      You know its a toxic environment by who gets celebrated, who gets tolerated.Culture to survive through is to stay invisible.Leadership keeps and promotes their friends and people who clearly lack skills, its not spearheaded to market competition at all.Its sad to see the brain rot and detoriation of the products which ideally could have evolved to compete in market with Databricks or Snowflake,But the mindset is all about mindgames and politics.

      From the CEO to the VPs they have absolutely net zero idea how to drive a successful company. They will lie and say they are onboarding new customers, but customers are leaving in droves, and the stock will continue to tank, check the last 6 months, it’s almost at terminal velocity. I’ve never met so many incompetent people in my life, especially individuals that are making incredibly dangerous decisions that deal with cyber security in the product engineering dpt. The Teradata chairman who is the CEO of Blackbaud lied to Blackbaud customers about their amazing security practices, they got breached, lie was validated by the FTC, Google it.

      Pros

      The culture was amazing. I repeat was. Now there is truly nothing I can say that is good or pro about Teradata Marketing.

      Cons

      This company seems to be falling apart at the seams. An inexperienced and self promoting ELT are finally catching up with them. They'll survive, but thrive? probably not. Additionally, not much opportunity for growth.
