Pros

Good salary, however, it takes a while to get there.

Cons

Clicky environment. Not a great place to be a designer. A lot of the designers, really have no idea what they are doing.

Sketchy policies!

Pros

They will tell new hires that the company is like a big family, that they care about their people.......

Cons

The employee relations policies are pretty far out! They treat their employees like garbage and then their employee relations person (a real peach) Delvecchio will try to justify these policies and "I'm sorry if you don't like it!" Unreal. Greedy lying nasty company. Watch your back if you work here, don't apply here if you're thinking about it.
