The store owners and the manager are kind people. The hours of operation for most stores offer a normal daytime schedule with Sundays off.

Cons

Low pay and limited advancement. It's crazy during Christmas time.

Low stress environment. You typically aren’t overworked or mistreated. Great for learning service skills and an attention for detail. Great place to start working.

Cons

Gets very boring over time. Trying to sell customers on shipping that is far more than they are willing to pay gets annoying.
