Great Team, Great Atmosphere, Great Air conditioning :D

Cons

Heavy workload for what you're paid, No advancement, and no benefits at all. in addition I had a terrible franchise owner with no adept communication or people skills. In addition, she was very nice, but her attitude was very disrespectful at times. Once she asked was I color blind, after I misread a schedule...even after she was told in my interview, I had a retina surgery...that moment actually made me leave.

Nice business office atmosphere. Nice working with the customers. Great to get to know the community

Cons

Sales are generated by across the counter selling. I was asked to lie, withhold information to try and sell more. I was threatened with getting my hours cut. I would not lie to the nice people of the community.

Easy work. Can be interesting sending unique items across the country/world.

Cons

Depends on management. My managers pushed me to upsell in shady ways. Customers can frequently be grumpy esp. about prices and especially during high holiday volume. Little room for growth.
