Management and owners don't really care about you. Sometimes they make you do all the work. The pay REALLY sucks for the amount of work they make you do. Especially since I had a degree in what they had me for

Alot of car time.

Cons

Awful management, long hours, forced to “volunteer”. They pretend to be a progressive company, but thats just to appease people. Your not aloud to have a beard, you have to work 14 hr meetings. Bad, stay away. No opportunity for advancement unless your willing to move to a random US city. There “culture”, is brow beating and judgmental.
