Literally everything except pay was amazing. Management is very accommodating and supportive. The work environment is low-key and fun.

Cons

The hourly pay could have been higher, or at least increased based on experience.

Pros

Since I worked in customer service I was able to really meet a lot of great people from the neighborhood. I learned new skills and abilities that I was able to use in a new position.

Cons

The franchise owner I worked for didn't feel the need to put any money into the aging look of the store. Carpet, bathroom, counters were all aged and in need of repair. Also there was a bit of confusion with the customers regarding packing materials and Latrobe costs.

Pros

You get to meet some awesome people, pay its average, and you'll spend a lot of your time either reading or getting personal stuff done during slow season

Cons

There could be rude customers but other than that nothing bad. In Xmas season and back to college season it can get pretty crazy in the store, but as long as you have a good staff you'll be okay
