Pros

Great facilities and locations to work. Product line is competitive with other firms and private wealth management shops and family offices.

Cons

Long hours to make it as an advisor at any major brokerage firm. Once training is over you are on your own to sink or swim.

Pros

You make a lot of money and it provides with you great benefits on top of all of the other great things it does.

Cons

It also can be boring and kind of sucks to have to report to a boss and have to follow a lot of rules.

Pros

People are fantastic. Support is great. Technology is great. Offices are world class.

Cons

If you're not doing more than $400K in production, your payout is pretty low. Payouts start around 28%. Difficult place to start in the business, but if you're a veteran with a good book, it's great.
