Ubs Boston - racism, sexism, management unwilling to hear out employees, "trying to change," but unwilling to make steps to improve. FAs are the kings - support staff do not get heard out.

No complaints. I actually liked my co workers and the environment. I would recommend others to apply there.

Cons

No cons for the company. For me I was a bit bored working with financial services so I needed a change.

Good benefits, fair amount of time off

Cons

Management goes out drinking with some of the girls creating a conflict of interest. Pay is inconsistant and low compared to the industry.
