Pros

Easy to transfer to different teams or difference branches across the country. Help desk is very good. Central location, great network with HNW individuals.

Cons

Outdated technology, red tape, compliance is a pain. Typical office gossip culture. Not a lot of benefits, no assistance in public transportation.

The hours are good with little need for overtime. The pay seems to be above average for customer service work. The training is comprehensive.

Cons

Layoffs are always around the corner. Annual reviews are a little mysterious. Promotions are not transparent. Opportunities limited.
