Good mentoring of young talent and great global reach. Great office environment in New York and Chicago.

Cons

Work-life balance in the IBD not great but what do you expect in this industry? You're at a competitive BB.

Pros

Hands on experience with financial advisors. UBS is a tremendous company and one of the elite wealth management firms. Everyone was very nice and generous.

Cons

Not a lot of analyst work for those looking financial analyst experience. Also the internship didn't lead to a position with the firm down the line.
