Getting involved in day to day operations of a wealth manager, learing about the industry and expectations of the career, great resources available for learning, busy office with lots of different roles to watch and learn from

Cons

Experience highly dependent on who you are working for, lots of mundane intern tasks come with the position

Pros

Great environment to work in. I really enjoyed the people I worked with. I found information sharing to be welcomed and any question I ever had was welcomed. Great place to start a career. A lot of very intelligent people will surround you.

Cons

Dont have a lot of negatives to say. At times there can be some oversight between upper level management and some of the lower level employees.
