Cons

Management seems confused when it comes to providing employees with clear answers about work from home. They offer it but they seem as if they don't want to allow you to use it.

Pros

You will learn a lot here. The first month is rough since all the information is new but you have all the resources needed for every call inquiry. AMAZING Benefits time off structure. Totally 28 days off (including sick days). You wont find a company with better benefits. They do half in office half out of office right now but newcomers have to prove themselves before hybrid work is allowed. This is perfect for entry level.

Cons

You start with low pay, (48k w/$2k bonus). The raises aren't too great.
