Pros

Tons of vacation days and the workload isn't that bad. Good entry level job into the industry.

Cons

No initial training. No patience for learning. Poor pay unless you're with a high wealth team. Even when registered, you don't get much more responsibility.

Pros

Nice co workers, licensing, good 401k and PTO/sick policy.

Cons

I truly think UBS is a good company to work for. However as a CSA, the team you are placed on can make or break your experience. I’m still relatively new to the company but so far I’m shocked at how chaotic my team is. Everyone is very nice, but the organization/communication is horrific. I’m really hoping it improves, but not holding my breath.
