Pros

There was room for advancement with great benefits. I enjoyed going to work most days. I learned so much and the company encouraged continued education.

Cons

The need for Series 7 license and other licensing. I found interest in the client service and events, but was not interested in securities and other investments.

Good start and good way to learn business

Cons

Ubs Boston - racism, sexism, management unwilling to hear out employees, "trying to change," but unwilling to make steps to improve. FAs are the kings - support staff do not get heard out.
