Flexibility, fast paced culture, experienced advisors and high net worth clients

Cons

Hourly wages do not compensate properly for daily responsibilities, no bonus.

Pros

Good working environment. Great company to work for, good benefits. The work life balance is nice. I worked with a great group of people.

I do not have any negative things to say about the company. There are a lot of opportunities for advancement.

A lot of support from management. I worked in two different offices but got along with nearly everyone. They tend to hire very good people.
