Pros

Good training. The branch manager and some brokers were helpful if you did the hard work like cold calling and brought in the clients.

Cons

Corporate environment. Lots of options of the table. Making money the first, second and third priorities. Customer came in when it was convenient or when compliance dictated.

Pros

Quick money and trade clearing. Access to many different products. Prestige of Swiss Banking. Great marketing brand and very visible. Great mobile technology.

Cons

The US Management does a terrible job of communicating with all of their employees, the feel is that you can call the US headquarters and ask 10 different questions 10 different times and get a different answer each and every time. Also, top management is too involved with one particular political party and I believe that is poor judgement as our leaders represent a large diversity of employees.
