good work life balance, great location, most people are polite and people and the cultural is always have risk mgmt before doing anything.

Cons

The promotion is generally more difficult unless you can help increase the diversity if you know what i mean. Slightly below average pay.

I love working here, everybody is very supportive and the hours are great. I seriously haven't had any complaints about this place since I started 4 years ago. None of those investment bank stereotypes.

Cons

Can't think of any. I'm being completely honest. Would recommend it to anyone.
