Pros

Working at UBS has been a really positive experience. The company culture is genuinely relaxed, which makes coming to work enjoyable. Colleagues are approachable and always willing to help, creating a very collaborative environment. Unlike many other firms in the industry, overtime is rare, allowing for a good work-life balance. Overall, UBS offers a supportive and friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to thrive professionally without feeling overwhelmed.

Cons

The team can sometimes be a bit disorganized, and more flexibility for working abroad would be appreciated, as the current allowance is limited. The private healthcare benefit is definitely the best benefit.
