      Pros

      Great systems and available resources. Also a very competitive benefits package. Depending on the team and financial advisors you work with compensation can also be very competitive.

      Cons

      Management needs to be less focused on office drama and more focused on productive employees. A lot of office politics.

      Pros

      - Competitive pay with excellent benefits. - Invested in employees career objectives, encouraging internal moves.

      Cons

      - More bureaucracy than working for the government. Most teams have very limited scope, which makes getting things done a dance of email chains to figure out who's responsibility it is for a given task. Painfully inefficient and frustrating. - Without question the worst on-boarding process one could possibly imagine.

      Good place to learn about the financial service industry and looks good on a resume. Not much middle management due to the movement to decrease the presence in the tri-state area so there is potential for upward mobility

      Cons

      Lots of employ turnover due to long hours and demands to decrease costs. Teams are under staffed.
