      Good place spoiled by politics

      Pros

      1. Good work-life balance. 2. Good pay. 3. Good benefits and leave policies.

      Cons

      1. Senior management is extremely insecure and engaged in politics. 2. Very frequent organizational changes; it is like they can't make up their mind. 3. Too many management people are made redundant or leave the org. and then the process of hiring begins. 4. Tug of war for control between India and onshore management. 5. No onshore opportunities, though they don't hesitate to hire expensive contractors in high-cost locations (extremely narrow-minded management team).

      Good Salary and Bonus component Decent yearly hike

      Cons

      Apart from salary nothing good in this company. Toxic work culture where bosses think they are the owner of company and treat employees like slaves. Too much work pressure on daily basis. They will to get every bit out of you for which they are paying. No work life balance, no promotions.
