1. Micro management, full of politics. No growth if you r looking for career growth.. 2. more than 8 hours and sometimes on weekend, that not counted by a manager 3. Overall Work environment is not that motivating. Biased decision & treatment from manager.

Worst company in banking. Left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. No motivation, no career advancement opportunities, unrealistic sales goals in attempt to lowball bonus, constantly laying off people and adding more responsibilities to remaining employees with no extra incentive.
