- Ask for good CTC, HRs can otherwise fool you by underpaying overwhelmingly
- You are in total control of manager, 0 HR involvement, even on resignation. Manager runs the show for you, and you are totally obscured from the outside world.
- A fish can be told to learn to fly here. You could be told to work on something which is not on your JD, beware.
- Lazy people are defended and working people are told to slog
- Lack of resources in the team. They will keep hiring to add people to already proficient horizontal, but wont hire to lessen the workload on already overburdened horizontal
- They dont provide laptop even during Covid, you have to work on your own laptop
- Little compensation of 1.5k per month for wfh. nothing else. very disappointing for such a big brand.
- Opaqueness on the rating and performance reviews. Overachiever will be given comparable rating to a non achiever, and manager will defend it like anything.
- Teammate at same level is allowed to boss you around, and manager is oblivious. the main reason for the reviewer to be leaving the organization
