Most ppl are great Paid twice a month - ok should be every 2 weeks especially with ACH Subsidized parking $50 a month
Cons
Heath Insurance is horrible - only Obama Care - SUPER EXPENSIVE cover nothing - costs me about $17,000 a year so add that to your salary requirements. People are worn down and have no option or no longer care to work to make processes better - If you question a process you hear... tried and was shot down and soon enough you won’t care either. Systems are horrible Help Desk should be called helpless desk, due to cost cutting India has even outsourced to another country and has zero clue how to get anything done - no accountability from offshore teams that hire 3 ppl for 1 US person Weehawkin is expensive for office space, and hard to get in and out of. They should move to Hamilton, or Princeton much more affordable - not easy to get to but would save money.
