      Pros

      Very respectable firm. Good benefits and good hours, and very reasonable PTO.

      Cons

      Scapegoat culture - when someone makes a mistake, they will push their blame onto someone else. The result is that the higher paid/titled individual will get to tell their side, and the other person is blamed without being told their side of the story. High pressure and ultra high stress environment - multiple employees developing heart problems due to the intense stress.
