Pros

Great team environment! Good Base Salary for a new and unlicensed advisor. Great opportunity to earn commissions, which might be low at first but would increase over the years. Free Parking.

Cons

9-5 Office Environment might not be for everyone. Will be at your desk all day. Inbound phone calls to help change client passwords were frequent. You will not be building a traditional book of business in this type of advisor position. Working at the Wealth Advice Center, there are not many solutions to offer clients. There is not a clear pathway to becoming an advisor in UBS Private Wealth Management.
