- Manager was not controlling at all what was going around. Teammates had no support when needed, the Manager just focused on unrealistic client's needs. When asked for help, it was swept under rug and instead we heard corporate jargon chat.
- No room for dialogue, was told to do things just because it is said so
- Long hours and huge workload, the management did not want to accept the fact the team was understaffed, instead of that more tasks were assigned
- The Manager who was based remotely was not able to conduct proper 1:1, often times rescheduling and cancelling them. When they happened it was pretty much monologue from the Manager side.
- micromanagement on each step
- "seniority" driven company - if someone was higher rank than you, sometimes it was like master - servant relationship
- my annual performance was evaluated after 4 months being there (of which 3 were probation period) by a Senior Manager I have not ever met or spoken to! The evaluation was not even confronted with me, just communicated.
