Pros

Some of the employees were truly hard working good people, who cared for the well being of those around them.

Cons

Senior management were some of the most vile people I have ever known and I've been in the industry for more than 25 years, working in London, NY and Stamford for this company. Their greed, especially around comp time, was obnoxious. I also have nothing good to say about the HR organization -- each and every one of them was a waste of space.
