      - Respect towards employee; - Senior management have open mind, not a micro-managing environment; - Excellent attitude with focus on client's best interest; - Compliant and vigilant to legislation - Positive attitude amongst staff with cooperation between departments - Support to community work and sports

      Collaborative, empowering environment which allows the employees to challenge the norm and participate in perfecting the client experience for our Financial Advisors.

      Cons

      As the culture continues to shift to be client-focused, advisor-centric, there are still indviduals working here who do not understand our overall objective.
