- overall quite satisfied. with regard to comp, responsibility, conditions etc

Cons

- hit or miss with line managers. bad line managers seem to be tolereated and they create an acidic environment - performance revoiews and forced ranking. very nasty politics going on - culture has been diluted and now resembles nothing of what reallymade UBS a great place to work. very sad really...

Cons

Too many to list, but mismanagement is telling by the number of times the company has reorganized their US operations over the past 5 years.
