Pros

UBS Financial Services is a huge, global bank and a recognized brand name. There is potential for career growth as well opportunity to learn from your teammates within the firm.

Cons

The internship program was very poorly structured: there was little communication between the interns and the full time staff, and the program did not give you concrete work and assignments, rather, you had to find projects to work on yourself.

Pros

Management continues to rebuild the bank, focus on clients, and streamline internal processes.

Cons

Still many unanswered legacy issues, post 2 yrs of losses. Many new people with conflicting priorities. The US Investment bank is not top priority neither as a group nor geography. Focus on rebuilding private bank/asset mgmt and Asia.
