Pros

1), laid-back environment, 2), great work-life balancing 3), fair salary

Cons

it is kinda old for the modern financial market. Good for the junior ppl who does not have enough experience. after you grow up and become strong enough, such environment will not provide you the sufficient motivation for improving your ability.

Pros

Great culture, emphasis on team bonding and relationship building. Amiable atmosphere and not cut throat. Good work life balance, especially for working mothers. Programs designed to make you feel like you were part of the firm and not just a number.

Cons

UBS is not in the best position right now obviously. Morale is low, senior bankers are leaving if they can and lack of opportunity and advancement for junior people. Excessive internal regulations means it's difficult to make decisions efficiently and quickly.
