      Pros

      Pay is good, hours are quite ok compared to other investment banks. People are generally nice, but competitive.

      Cons

      Big organization, communication and information sometimes hard to get. Systems are outdated and need overhaul to save tedious administration work. Although people are nice, they can be very competitive.

      Good Upper Management, Good incentive programs, friendly employees who are willing to help, constantly looking for growth opportunities, and decent training programs.

      Cons

      No Flexibility, pay was below average, long hours, numerous hours were wasted upon forming ones work to the requirements of compliance and HR.

      Pros

      Offers decent job flexibility and work-life balance if you have a good manager. Telecommuting is allowed, provided that the work you do doesn't require face-to-face interaction.

      Cons

      Good performance reviews won't offer you opportunities for advancement. In fact, it's unclear exactly how one gets promoted. It appears to be based on whether you're in the right inner circle. The salary is also well below market standards unless you're a financial advisor. Growth and development opportunities are also limited.
