Beaurocratic, rigid, eurocentric and very slow bank. They want to be a big investment bank in the US, but should do better sticking to commercial banking in Europe.

poor total comp. ability to progress hampered by middle management if not part of their club. N/O considered to now be a graduate - hence de-motivates the good N/O we have
