It was a very great experience. I was working in the quant team in the Shanghai Office in China.

Cons

The learning curve is very deep. I was in my junior year at that time. Have to learn a lot by myself.

- people aren't as friendly or interested in getting to know each other outside of work - such a huge bank, big bureaucracy, a lot of red tape
