No growth opportunities and internal politics

Politics between seniors means there is collateral damage on middle management and juniors Internal mobility is non-existent, you can see people doing the exact same thing for over a decade without promotion Focus on costs means that although they invest in new tools, they are do not approve licences to use these tools! Focus on costs also means that the allocation of ratings can be manipulated strategically to mark people down and pay less bonuses Training opportunities non-existent and you cannot ask for funding either to do trainings externally CEO and seniors pay is misaligned with cost cutting exercise pushing the staff morale low Constant restructuring, constant job cuts but hardly any consideration on how to keep people motivated Work life balance can be improved, plenty of people sitting on the floor after 6pm when the salaries are below market rate
