The job is quite flexible for hours, vacation, etc. You work on your own schedule, coworkers are friendly, good starting to job to get in the industry

Cons

The job is too sales oriented, clients are not a priority, must make numbers all of the time, knowledge of finance is by no means a prerequisite

Not enough support and training for new financial advisors. This will vary from office to office. UBS wasn't well known locally.
