The name carries you a long way

Cons

Management are the stereotype of self-interested, corrupt, empire builders that are more interested in their pay packets than shareholder interests. Extremely political - individual performance matters less than connections in terms of performance reviews, salary increases and bonuses. Management will quite literally fabricate falsehoods to justify low ratings, bonuses etc. if they don't like you, and will completely omit even the most value-creating contributions.

- Employee benefits and policy.

Cons

- Work culture and environment is not good. specially for consultant. - UBS has toxic environment specially for contractors. you don't have freedom to suggest performance improvements and maintain code quality, at the result manager and executive started politics and they will not allow you in discussion. When you take any initiative for product improvement they will not help you. In short you will feel like Slave!!

1. No Annual Salary increments unless you get promoted 2. Annual Bonuses like peanuts, when compared to a minimum of 1 month bonus even in a small company (you hardly get half a month bonus if you perform well) 3. Getting promotion is very difficult, doesn't matter how smart you work, problem is with Line Management who don't understand what you are working on
