Opportunities to move up after shown desire to better your skills Great opportunities for bonuses and raises if you and your team have done well Over time pay even if you're on salary No micromanagement or looking over your shoulder Ability to work from home when necessary Great training for the most part; I had to stay in the northeast for 3 weeks though

Good 401(k) matching only if you are there over 3 years Hard to implement large changes due to the size of the company Work/life balance it difficult at times Expected to work over normal amount of hours but do receive overtime pay Training could have been a little more in depth
