- A lot of autonomy even for junior staff members - Good work life balance

Cons

- People who have been in their roles for way too long - resistance to change - Hyper political environment I.e. this is the only place where I've seen MDs and ED gossip with very junior staff members - no clear directions from management

Pros

Work life balance. That's the only thing I could think of!

Cons

Layoffs every quarter, they have lost their best employees, no job security, no travel and trainings. Right now there is very low morale among the employees. They are tying to move everyone to Nashville and hiring all the new positions there. Most people have got no raises from years and also bonus is as good as none. Good work is no longer valued and they are frequent management changes.
