Understaffed all the time - you do the job of multiple people Incompetent management Bureaucratic monotonic work Promotions superslow (everyone rather quits) Very nervous atmosphere IT is from 90s Controls are everywhere, they have cameras behind your back (literally) Located outside of Krakow - need to travel by train

Very low cohesiveness in the organisation. Managers more working against each other. Very few career progression opportunities with not support from HR to develop career across functions and businesses.

good paid vacation but you can't use them all. so no pros.

Cons

no work life balance, you probably will not be able to use all your paid vacation days. Compensation is worse than other banks if you are in cost center but still demanding.
