Good learning opportunities if you show the drive to go above and beyond. Good perks in office like meal card, good cafeteria, cab pickup and drop Stable company with lot of job security

Cons

In case you are not fortunate enough to get the opportunity to work on good projects you can get stuck doing support on a old project Work life balance depends on whether you are in a critical project or not There are hints of service company culture
