- Flexible working hours - Good working conditions - Not too much work pressure but it varies from team to team - Well established brand - Pickup and Drop cab service - Good learning resources given like O'Rielly and Coursera

Cons

- Work quality depends on luck and team you join - Type of work varies from ancient to latest and greatest - Lot of red tape and heavy processes need to be navigated to get the simplest of things done.
