Pros

I like the people at UBS. I work in Group Technology and people are friendly and supportive. The Weehawken office is also pretty great so I really liked working there (pre-covid). Being at a huge institution feels nice and stable during a pandemic too

Cons

Compared to software developer salaries in the tech industry the pay is on the lower side, at least straight out of school. The technology is also not cutting edge at all.
