Pros

Ok benefit plans and the mentor program. That's about it.

Cons

No bonus and no group or team activities. Management is into power play and does not listen to the lower levels. Employees with under AD levels are constantly being ignored and heard. Management will use the excuse of company is downsizing to remove anyone who is not working the way desire. IT is horrible..most terrifying systems i had ever seen . No 360 review at all. No work life balance and your contribution is not rewarded often. Company again using excuse of downsizing. ..but we all know they publish quarterly profits year on year. Opportunities to grow is minimal as the people on top have the say.

Pros

Great work life balance in my group. Global bank so there is potential to move if you're willing to pay for it yourself.

Cons

Swiss run company so there is definitely a feeling of isolation for U.S. Based businesses. Also policy of no annual raises which can get frustrating for years on end at the same salary. Despite market hitting highs for years on end, all management talks about is cost cutting.

Good work life balance, numerous employee surveys and work streams off the back of them. Excellent maternity and paternity policies

Cons

Visibility about promotion isn't clear. You seemed to have to ask to be up for promotion which isn't the greatest way to create employee confidence
