Pros

UPS has incredible benefits for both full-time and part-time workers. You will receive a great workout everyday you go to work. The hours are great, so if you're a student or have another part-time job it will be easy for you to manage both. In addition, there is a great reimbursement program for students, depending on whether your full or part-time you can receive up to 3,000 a year for school.

Cons

Management is disrespectful, no appreciation for hard work, they constantly try to find something wrong with your performance, the work environment is unorganized, and a lot of part-time supervisors are incompetent.

Benefits and moving up in the company

Cons

Not knowing when your going to move up. I am at work every night and I feel like no one notices. Also people take advantage of the company by showing up 3 days a week. I better not see them moving up at all.
