Cons

You are worked very hard and fast due to them trying to get the job done with the least amount of employee's managers wear a chip on their shoulder thinking they can do your job better, and harp on you if you don't go fast enough

Pros

Tution Reimbersment is one of the best reasons to work here. That and the beneifts are top knotch. If you are in school and looking for a place to work this is the place for you. As long as you don't mind some manuel labor.

Cons

No room for advancement into full-time management. You have to jump through burning hoops of fire to even be considered.
