Pros

UPS offers a fair opportunity for those who are seeking stability in their careers. One of the best reasons in my opinion of working with UPS is the friendships that you'll build with other employees because UPS is a culture that anyone who's been a part of it will tell you leads to lasting friendships even after you've moved on.

Cons

The expectations at times can be super inflated, nearly impossible to achieve. Communication between work groups is a true downside with huge disconnects at times. Also the salary compensation does not equal the amount of workload that you are expected to do.

Pros

The compensation is good in comparison to similar positions elsewhere. The amount of vacation time is good. A pension plan is rare to find these days.

Cons

Impossible goals are expected to be met and humiliation in front of peers is not uncommon when goals are not met. The workload and hours are unreasonable. Work/life balance is a foreign concept to management.

Very fun job got to be outside a lot and got to get some exercise enjoued it a lot

Cons

Worked in the winter so it was cold sometimes and we also worked in snow and rain but cant really complain about that because i already knew what i was in for
